Seed Balls Today, Green Earth Tomorrow
In celebration of Van Mahotsav, the students of Auxilium Primary School, Pansora, enthusiastically participated in a Seed Ball Making Activity on 4 July 2026, discovering an innovative and eco-friendly way of planting trees.
Bringing seeds of various fruits and vegetables from their homes, the
children eagerly rolled up their sleeves and worked together to create seed
balls using soil and natural materials. Sitting in class-wise groups, they
joyfully mixed, moulded, and shaped the seed balls, making the activity both
educational and enjoyable.
The hands-on experience helped the students understand the importance of
environmental conservation and inspired them to become responsible caretakers
of nature. More than just a craft activity, it was a lesson in sustainability,
teamwork, and hope for a greener future.
With tiny hands creating seed balls and big hearts dreaming of a greener
tomorrow, the students truly lived the spirit of Van Mahotsav.
