Pilgrimage of Grace: to Our Lady of the Forsaken

On 12th September, during the Marian Month, the Sisters of the Pansora Community undertook a heartfelt pilgrimage to Khambhodaj, to the shrine of Our Lady of the Forsaken. With deep devotion, we gathered in prayer, seeking the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for the needs of the Church, their community, and the world. The pilgrimage was marked by moments of reflection, the recitation of the Rosary, and songs honouring Mary, expressing our faith and love. It was a spiritually enriching experience, strengthening their bond with Our Lady and reaffirming their commitment to a life of service and prayer.

Girl Child Day Celebration at Auxilium Primary School

Auxilium Primary School joyfully celebrated Girl Child Day with prayer, creativity, and reflection. On this special day, the school also inaugurated the Marian Week with the theme “Mary is Our Hope.” The celebration began with a meaningful prayer moment , lovingly guided by the Sisters. All the girls of the school were called to the front and were specially blessed during the prayer , as everyone prayed for their well-being, dignity, and bright future. The students expressed their thoughts and feelings in a creative way through poems , reflections, and presentations , highlighting the value and dignity of the girl child. Their performances added depth and joy to the occasion, reminding everyone that every girl is a blessing and a gift to society. The celebration was a beautiful blend of faith, creativity, and awareness , leaving a message of hope and encouragement in the hearts of all present.

The Junior Hostel of Jag Prakash Kanya Chhatralay, Pansora , celebrated Girl Child Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The two-day celebration was a beautiful blend of learning, prayer, and fun. On 7th September 2025 , the girls of Std. 6 to 10 actively participated in the Girl Child Day programme organized by Umreth Parish Church . The day was filled with enriching and meaningful sessions on topics such as self-awareness and the disadvantages of social media and its responsible use . The sessions began at 10:30 a.m. and continued till 4:00 p.m. , keeping the young participants engaged, inspired, and more aware of the world around them. The celebration continued on 8th September 2025 in our Junior Hostel with a more festive spirit. The day began with a heartfelt Eucharist , thanking God for the gift of every girl child. Empowering Voices: AMRAT Sisters Trained in Social Media and Communication Skills

A two-day national workshop on social media and communication skills for members of AMRAT Talitha Kum India was concluded on September 3 and 4, 2025, at Sandesha Foundation, Mangaluru, leaving participants inspired and empowered. Among the participants was Sr. Shaila D’Monte from the community of Jag Prakash Kanya Chatralay, Pansora, who joined sisters from ten states actively engaged in anti-trafficking and safe migration efforts. Together, they learned practical skills in digital storytelling, photography, videography, poster design, reels,   AI tools, and cyber security. The sessions were expertly led by Fr. Sudeep Paul MSFS, Fr. Edwin Vaz SVD, and Fr. Sunil, who guided the participants through both the technical and creative aspects of using media effectively. Village Study Class Parents’ Meeting at Christipura

 On 31st August 2025 , a Parents’ Meeting of the Village Study Class was held at Christipura Village , with the participation of 20 parents. The program began with a prayer, setting a reflective and hopeful tone for the gathering. Following this, Sr. Shaila  D'Monte warmly welcomed all the parents and introduced herself. In her address, Sr. Shaila emphasized the responsibility of parents in shaping their children’s education and future. She encouraged them to take an active role in supporting their children’s studies and overall development, reminding them that education is a shared journey between parents, teachers, and the children themselves. At the conclusion of the meeting, it was decided to conduct family visits , which were carried out with great enthusiasm. Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition – Honoring Our Blessed Mother

As part of the Marian Month celebrations , the junior hostel children participated in a joyful Eco-Friendly Rangoli Competition . With devotion and creativity, they designed beautiful rangolis on the face of Mother Mary , using only natural and eco-friendly materials.  The event was conducted group-wise , with all four groups taking part enthusiastically. Each group displayed unique designs, blending artistry with faith. Their rangolis not only reflected love for the Blessed Mother but also highlighted the importance of caring for creation. The competition filled the hostel with color, joy, and a spirit of togetherness. Every group performed wonderfully, making it a truly memorable tribute to Mary, Our Mother , during this special month.
