PTA MEETING 2026–27

Auxilium Primary School, Pansora, successfully conducted the Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) Meeting on 24th June 2026 for the academic year 2026–27. To ensure smooth participation and better interaction, the meeting was organized in three batches: Pre-Primary, Standards 1 to 3, and Standards 4 to 7. 

The gathering began with a short yet meaningful prayer service, invoking God’s blessings upon the new academic year and seeking guidance for the growth and well-being of every child. This was followed by a warm welcome and a brief introduction of the managerial staff and teachers, helping parents become familiar with the team entrusted with the education and formation of their children.

During the session, important instructions and guidelines regarding the new academic year 2026–27 was communicated to the parents. Information related to school functioning, expectations, discipline, communication, and collaborative support for students’ holistic development was shared.

A special and significant part of the programme was the session on the School Safeguarding Children Policy, conducted by Sr. Monica Macwan and Tr. Kailash. Through their presentation, parents were sensitized about creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for children both at school and at home. The session emphasized child protection, responsible parenting, awareness, and the shared responsibility of adults in ensuring every child’s safety and dignity.

Later, parents gathered according to their respective class groups. From each class, an Executive Member was selected to represent the parents and work in close collaboration with the school management. This initiative aims to strengthen communication, encourage active parental involvement, and contribute to the effective functioning and continuous development of the school community. The PTA Meeting concluded on a positive and hopeful note, reflecting the school’s commitment to nurturing strong partnerships between parents and educators for the integral growth and success of every child.

Cleanliness Rally on Gandhi Jayanti at Ardi Village

  On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, October 2 , the children of the three tuition classes run by Jag Prakash Kanya Chatralay, Pansora organized a spirited cleanliness rally in Ardi village . Starting from the main road, the children enthusiastically walked through the village, spreading awareness on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. Their active participation created a vibrant atmosphere and inspired the villagers to reflect on Gandhi’s vision of a clean and healthy society. At the Gram Panchayat, study class teacher Mr. Ranjitsinh addressed the gathering, sharing insights into the life and values of Mahatma Gandhi. Child Protection Policy Training held at Pansora

A focused and enriching training session on the FMA Child Protection Policy (CPP) was held on 8th November 2025 at Prakash Kanya Chhatralay , Pansora, bringing together teachers of the study classes for  learning, reflection, and renewed commitment. The programme aimed to deepen the understanding of child safety and reinforce the essential responsibilities educators carry in creating a secure and nurturing environment for children below 18 years of age. The training was conducted by  Sr. Shaila D’Monte  and  Ms. Juliyas Christl , who led the participants through a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation.
